I cooked 2 steaks 400 for 10 mins, let the pan cool in the fryer so i didn't shock it and it still got a nasty twist in it.

This is a pretty basic design and light gauge material fine for light toasting or warming but i would be afraid to put it under a broiler because the sheet metal is so thin
