Edit 11-1-24: i sent the card in on warranty, and paid the cost to ship the defective card.
Warranty service was good, so i'll raise my rating to 4 stars.
To their credit, the rma process was fast and they sent me a replacement within a week of receiving the bad card.

Amazons customer support was good enough to help me out i had called to request my being charged for the item amazons customer support was so incredibly courteous they did not charge me for the refund that was requested
