I did have an issue with it when i first received the product after i setup all the cameras outside and went to configure the nvr unit inside everything looked great but then after about five minutes the system turned off and i was unable to get it to turn back on

I thought that it was the nvr unit itself that was messing up so i contacted the seller through amazon and they agreed to send me a new nvr unit and a new power cord
