Pros
It's half the price i have paid for other totes umbrellas. The color looks a little bit cheaper. This product is excellent quality.
The construction appears impressive with metal components making up the inside ‘skeleton’ that appear thicker than on other umbrellas i’ve owned. It deploys easily and with one hand and is very sturdy.

Overall its a quality umbrella, that doubles as a dumbbell. The umbrella is lightweight with an elastic wrist strap, which makes it rather comfortable. It is a little heavy, but that is because of the solid construction.
Water proof coating seems to work better than all my previous umbrellas. Works great in rainy and moderate wind conditions. Must have forrainy season.
Cons
It's not fixable or usable. While i was really happy with it at first, the duration being only 2 months is pretty sad. Don't buy this.

I’ve had smaller umbrellas that cause water to run down my back but am assuming this won’t happen with the larger canopy.
It only weighs in at 1 pound with the cover and i don't really consider that heavy, just a better build with better parts.
Price
The price is right and the initial quality seems good.
It's half the price i have paid for other "totes" umbrellas and the build on this is so much better.
Packaging/appearance
It's also pretty hard to push into the fully closed position without getting yourself wet.
As soon as i took it out of the box, i commented to my wife how heavy it was.
Competitiveness
It replaced a 99-cent special that kept inverting in the wind and broke!
