Once you turn it of or it goes to sleep mode it takes at least 30 sec to connect. This is very annoying in an everyday usage for work.

It's not rechargable but thats not a bad thing as most cost effective chargeable mice battery run dry pretty quickly.

Most silent mice still have a noticable click especially around this price range
