Pros
Dell xps 15 was running hot, so went for this laptop cooler. Great quality cooling pad/tray. Perfect for use on the lap or while working with it on the bed.
The cooling pad is quite slim, and silent. It fits my 15. Runs very quietly and sits comfortably on my legs. The two fans are relatively quiet and unobtrusive, which is fine unless they wear in future and become noisier.
Bought this following a recommendation from a friend. Have only used this for a few days but so far quite impressed. Thank you, would recommend.
The riser is superb. It is durable and well made. It does what i want it to do for a good price and not much in the way of downsides.
Cons
Didn't fit my 15 laptop. It flexed incredibly easily under very little pressure just by lifting it.
The fans are very easy to hear, almost obtrusive, and it doesn't seem to cool my mbp at all. The bearings in the fans are obviously rubbish because both make whirring noises. Doesn't work for me, i have cpu temperature measuring software and it showed... Read More

Arrived and happy with purchase it does what it says very nice product keep my sons laptop cool
