These ladders are very easy to maneuvre as you simply collapse them down. The ladder itself is robust in structure, easy to use and easy to store under our stairs, ideal therefore where space in a home is limited.

Feels fairly sturdy, you need to be cautious when lowering the ladder to keep your hands out of harms way.
They are quite heavy, heavier than i would have believed but i can accept this considering how well built they are.
Price
Reasonably satisfied with product and a good price.
This of course does come at a price which is the weight.

It was shipped very well packaged and turned up safely with no damage or marks to the item.

It is worth mentioning that when the ladders arrived and i took them out of the packaging i found that the stabilising bar for the base of the ladder was packed separately and had to be fitted to the base of the ladder

Once removed though the fitting of the stabiliser bar was easy using the supplied fittings
