Pros
This is well made and a sleek stylish design for both units. I'm satisfied with it compared with others i've used. This one fits the bill.
Tecknet wireless doorbell works straight out the box. Comes with cordless plug, wireless receiver and instructions leaflet. Works just as expected, it is quite loud, so we can hear it from any corner of the house.
There are 60 chimes to choose from, so the challenge is deciding which one you want. Sounds include a police siren and happy birthday.
Each unit has a blue led which flashes when in use. Works a treat and is slightly illuminated too so can be seen in the dark. Working modes is great, led and ringtone, a ringtone only, or the flashing light only.
The bell push has a coin battery fitted which can give up to 3 years use. It is also waterproof to an ip65 rating so it's more than capable of surviving a bad winter. It looks durable and i expect it to work for a couple of years.
Cons
It broke after 5 months.

Arrived on time, product as ordered, to replace old front door bell.
The two previous wireless bells were poor quality and didn't last long.

A simple to install doorbell and worked straight out the packaging.
Competitiveness
Just moved so got another tecknet doorbell for the new house and am not disappointed.
This item came really fast, bit disappointed as it says it’s a ip65 but instructions say it’s not that waterproof.
This one seems to be the only ip65 rated bell push available and is ok so far, but only time will tell.

I have this for 2 or 3 weeks at best it works was easy to use i would have liked a pass threw plug option but this was not avalabile on models rated ip66 for rainy uk only on the lesser ip45 models for some reason which wont last 5 mins in the uk

So i can not speake to quality but atm its survied the rain here i used the screws to make yet more holes in my upvc frame but did not want to use sticky pads as it is out side all year round in the northern uk

Well a door bell is a door bell but this one has a very loud chimes it’s easy to fit stick it on your door plug the chime box into a socket and away you go

Very few of these wireless bells have a push button that will survive outside
