Pros
It has really good volume and a choice of melodies. The only drawback is the outdoor bell. This is a new purchase so i cannot really attest to the durability of the unit.
Cons
It comes with screws but there is no instruction on how to mount it with the screws. There is also no instruction for how to use the screwdriver.

It attaches with a 2sided for tape which is less than attractive
