In operation the desk fan is both powerful but also very quiet when compared to other fans that i have its portable has varying speeds and you can position the fan in any position you wish you can even have it blowing straight up in the air if you wish

The whole head simply slides on an angled arm and because its plastic and a little flimsy it doesnt slide particularly smoothly

Very cheap too but the white ones with light grey blades which i bought look more expensive than they actually were
