Pros

The hazelnut and mocha flavor is my favorite. It has a rich flavor and a hint of sweetness that makes it easier to use far less cream and sugar. Packaged well and delivered on time.

Recently had surgery and had to stop drinking regular coffee. Finding a widely available and flavorful decaffeinated coffee is nearly impossible. My fiancé drinks it too and he loves caffeine and coffee and hardly notices the difference.

Cons

The grounds seem to clog the papar filter. If you brew this too long it gets real bitter and * tasting. It's just not drinkable for my tastes.
