It scratches the itch. The ingredients are natural, they make sense, and taste really amazing. The french roast is my favorite ingredient.

Full disclosure: i have not had any coffee in maybe 4 months.

Price

00 for a ha-uge bag of whole bean coffee, grind it myself and get far more than 40 cups of tea.

It is a bit expensive for tea.

For me price is even a bit better than using the kcups

Packaging/appearance

First sample box that i received was beautifully packaged nice and giftable.

The box was completely demolished and packaging was unreadable!

The last box i counted the bags to be sure they were all there, they were almost falling out of the packaging.

Package was banged up but tea was still great

Competitiveness

I tried many expensive brands and lower-level ones.

That means my wish for coffee is high and my capacity to make a direct comparison is…medium.

The 20 pack is also a better deal than the smaller ones.
