I’m so happy this product exists. Wish it were cheaper but it is about the same price of most coffee bags now.

Cons

They're only 1 oz each! That makes them extremely expensive. Soooo not worth it and can't return. Its extremely overpriced. This should have been disclosed. There's no return policy for faulty products.

Product before brewing smells extremely strong with a sweet hint. How can there be grounds (tea/coffee bits) all over inside the packaging if these are sealed? The grounds plug up the maker and leave sediment in the coffee cup.

Tastes like flavored coffee not regular coffee.

Price

I love the prebiotic aspect also…just wish it was less expensive.

So i only got 2 ½ cups of coffee from each pack which makes this very pricey.

Shipping

Shipping was fast and the bags were intact.

Packaging/appearance

I don't find i can get as many cups as they say you can from the packaging.

All of them tasted great, but each pack only made 2 mugs , packet says 6 cups.
