If you suffer from gerd or gastritis, this is a great option. Very healthy alternative to coffee or latte for me.

Two tea bags is perfect for a 12 oz. Flask. The only negative is they tell you to dunk it several times but quite often when you do this the string breaks.

Cons

Bags rip very easily. Defective quality control. Some bags are empty, while the packaging is intact.
