Quality
Product bought to replace a broken one and so i knew the quality prior to purchase.
Good but chips taste amazing very pleased .
However, i'm quite disappointed that the timer doesn't turn it off when it finishes.
Chips are chip shop quality but without the fat.
Packaging/appearance
Having spent some time reading reviews of several air fryers, i settled on the actifry and paid a bit more than i originally budgeted for.
It did arrive in the tefal box with no protection.
Competitiveness
Much better than the last actifry i had.

But ive found that red potatoes ive tried to use maris piper pototoes for the chips but they didnt do very well at all
