I use it most days for small quantities of chicken etc it burns bacon and also sausages because they seem to brown too fast to be safely cooked

I was a little sceptical having read reviews but now a few months down the line i would be lost without this little machineit is perfect for cooking smaller amounts for the kids as and when needed without having to preheat the oventhe only change i would make is to be able to turn the temperature down a bit with all the information coming out on acrylamide i am trying to cook my foods paler which is impossible with this fryer it does make the food a bit too dark sometimes and there is no control over this at all

I use it a lot without the paddle which sometimes tears the food apart although this is nice when doing roasties as you end up with a few lovely little crispy bits

Very easy to clean and the non stick surface is hardwearing although like anything non stick you must not use abrasives on it
