Pros

It's bulky so you do need some space to store it. Only major drawback is that it is fiddly to clean. All in all i find the results outweigh this disadvantage.

Cons

The appliance is great for the first few makes, but then burnt residue is left on the bottom. It also overflows creating a mess everywhere even when you barely fill it in. The recipes in the accompanying booklet are also very poor.

Worked fine for 2 weeks then blows every fuse in the house. I tried to call the customer service, they dint respond. I dint use it regularly, and it’s life was just 2 years, i’m not really happy.

I would save your money and don’t buy. Binned it. Horrendous and was tipped away.

Easy clean function only works to swill water around gently. Cleaning programme is a joke and sticks to the bottom of the machine. Self clean programme does absolutely nothing.

I tried this out immediately after receiving, washed it out, made leek and potato soup and it was just superb.

The only function i am not impressed with, is the "chunky" option (or soup with pieces), as this literally just heats the ingredients up.

Works well and at a good price, very pleased with purchase

Brought in sale well worth the money.

I purchased during discount period, as the full price is a bit steep.

The cost of this machine was cheaper than buying a replacement jug!
