Comfortable ergonomic handle attractive mottled non stick surface which really doesnt stick i tried it with dry fry bacon and eggs and it just slides off

This new brut stoneeffect is the same high quality as usual but it looks like it is going to be even more hard wearing on average my pans last about 10 years but they get some serious mistreatment

This is because an induction hob works best with a pan in close contact and what has to happen is that when the pan starts to heat up and expand it should then flaten out

It does have a plastic handle so the pan cannot go in the oven
