Tefal knows how to make quality pans!
Its a nice “quality” weight, the surface seems hard and scratch resistant so far (a couple of weeks use) and it’s a lovely size.

I realised that i was not going to be able to fit the pan inside my oven so i had to cancel before it was delivered

It isn’t 100 flat but it isn’t bowed enough to actually affect the cooking in anyway

The only odd thing was they supplied metal steamer and a metal draining spoon which will obviously destroy the non stock surface very odd
