Pros
Cooks the rice very well and no mess or hassle. Followed over revivers advise and put steamer on top to prevent water spitting out.
Very easy to use for even beginners. The rice is superb. No negative feedback.
Cons
The lid sits on the top loosely and the end result is like a saucepan boiling over. Spits boiling steam and water out of the breather valve. Lid rattles & *correct amount of water to rice added*spluttering out of lid.
The only redeeming feature is that the cooked rice tasted fine. The button that you press down at the front is cheap and flimsy and now malfunctions. There wasn’t an option to get a refund or return from amazon.

It is so nice and makes the rice so unique way and even you put less water after cooking warm button is on makes it taste better
Defrosts easily and heats up in the microwave and retains structure and fluffiness.
I can boldly recommend it to anyone, it is good quality rice cooker.
Price
I would say it is very good rice cooker, it was very good price when i bought it.

But when you cook rice all the steams will come out from the edges and through the small hole on the lid

Only problem being more often than not you get a little bit of burnt rice around the bottom tried stirring with a spoon to even out cooking but doesn’t really make a difference

We cook a 6 person portion eat 2 portions and freeze the rest

Also i cook very little as it’s just me and my little one so 2 cups of rice but every rice is different and water portions i use green dragon thai jasmine and only needs a little water as it’s a new crop add a little butter😋
