Quality
Takes a bit of getting used to as i have never used one before but i am so impressed.
For me the steamer replaces the iron clothes with the board many times.
There was a problem with pump, but it looks like , water quality problem.
Price
The price was good, it is so easy to use and it works like a charm.
Packaging/appearance
Was a gift so they saw it as delivered, but of a shame.
Competitiveness
I mainly use it to iron t-shirts and polo shirts.

It’s also worth noting that it’s quite hard to fill the water because the opening for it is quite narrow
