Pros

It's so much better than the morphy richards i had before. It's lightweight and i am impressed with how quiet it is and lightweight. Easy to use and no messing with filters etc.

Cons

Time lapse from pressing button to steam is very poor. It leaks like mad from two different spots. Control gauge is so flimsy that if you touch near it it changes temperature.
