Easy to use iron, very happy with this product
My old tefal iron was getting very tired and i wanted a similar iron with the same features as my current one.
Only time will tell if the de-scaling feature works.
Packaging/appearance
I paid full price but when it arrived, it had packaging and missing and the water jug was missing too.
Competitiveness
Very happy with this and at this price it's a bargin!
I always bought tefal irons over the years.
Have had other make irons over the past 50 years and always come back to a tefal .

I love tefal irons but if you want them to last as with any other steam iron always use distilled water really does work

The water in the tank doesn’t last very long and the button under the handle is in an awkward place meaning it is often accidentally pressed

You need a bit of weight to an iron to remove creases and for it to do the job
