Coating was coming off the plates after many years of use, cleaning & dishwasher.

We like the temperature control and the drip tray is effective.

Shipped fast and we are very pleased with purchase.

The uk adaptor was not found in the box as described - had to write to them & it was mailed within a week.

In addition to this, i ordered the grill on a monday afternoon and it was delivered, from germany, on the thursday.

Made in china,sent from germany, invoiced in german and delivered on time.

I would recommend both the grill and the company, to anyone looking for a similar, compact, product.

Better than my previous jamie oliver one although that was a tefal item also.

Works well but not as good as the older model.
