The second advantage is that steam is available regardless of the irons soleplate temperature as it is produced remotely in the boiler and sent down a rubber hose inside the same insulation as the electrical cable to the irons heating element

When not using the iron the power cord can be stored in the base of the boiler unit but youre only shoving the cord into a hole its not proper cable management

There is no facility to store the cablehose that connects the base to the iron

Theoretically it could go on the floor as the connecting cablehose is long enough but the temperature controls are on the boiler unit so need to be within reach

On the down side this does make it quite heavy which could be good or bad depending on the user

Set up is easy fill the removable water tank press the power button and select one of three heat settings
