My biggest problem with all of them and this one is no different while the plug chord is a decent one to the base unit the actual iron chord is not as long and always has to be near to the ironing board for fear of one of my children coming and knocking it over

One minor gripe is that this model doesnt have an automatic cable retraction system meaning you have to roll up the cable yourself and shove it into the recess provided

The instruction booklet is a bit confusing in that it relies heavily on pictures and does not make it immediately obvious that the one booklet covers two different machines you have to work that out for yourself

The printing is very tiny and quite pale in colour so not easy to read

The machine does a great job of removing creases but makes some fierce noises in the tank and if you press the steam button before the iron is on the garment the steam shoots out at quite an alarming rate and distance

Maintenance requires that you do a decalcifying routine periodically and there is an anticalc button to do this
