Great removable water tank and large ironing plate. Water reservoir is also much easier to operate, being removable. It collects limescale which it a brilliant feature when you live in a hard water area.

I love this but it’s too heavy for my 89 yr old mum to use. This has a cord tidy which is a welcomed addition. Retractable cord just brilliant, definitely recommend.

This is my second tefal steam generator, it is consistently reliable and effective. Even though the unit feels a bit outdated (hello ancient one button temp controls that reset every time you turn this thing off), but overall it is really good.

At first, iron is brilliant but starts to leave dirty streaks on ironing. The iron is lighter to use than you might expect, but doesn't glide as well as other irons. The instructions are practically useless and the iron feels lightweight and cheap.

It seems too much to pay for a product that does not ooze quality. The limescale collector is pretty rubbish. They initially look great and good value for money but they are not.

My unit has intermittent issues with the system that pumps the water from the tank to the base unit. Sometimes it makes odd gurgling noises when it's not even switched on! Recently it clicks like it's ready, but when you go to use it; barely any steam...  Read More
