The heat distribution in the expertise range is much better than the other ingenio pans largely due to the weighty base it has for compatibility with induction hobs

My one issue with these is that the coating on the outer rim seems to come off surprisingly easily if you knock it on something but thats only an aesthetic issue with no impact on performance
