Pros
The expertise range is much better than the other ingenio pans. Weighty base means compatibility with induction hobs. Recommended for the thetford aspire 220-230 cooker as fitted to our lunar caravan.
The removable handle system works great. Detachable handle, easy to get out of the oven, thick base for good heat distribution. Handle mechanism works well although it can interfere with my omelette a bit.

I had to buy this one because the one of the same size i bought on a bundle was in really bad state only 6 months after buying.
Is useful, and the handle still feels secure despite it's detachability.

I now feel i need to buy more to justify the cost of the handle!

I liked the idea of this new one being 2cm larger as i though it would work better with a 3 egg omelette however it has straight sides so is in effect much larger than my 20cm one with sloping sides

The straight sides do make it slightly more awkward to get a spatula under the food i find

The handles do scratch the side of the pans after a while but nothing lasts forever

My one issue with these is that the coating on the outer rim seems to come off surprisingly easily if you knock it on something but thats only an aesthetic issue with no impact on performance
