Great pan for steaks and burgers. Heat transfer is excellent. Easy to clean and easy to get bar marks on steak and burger. Great for steak or burgerburger cooking.

The item is fairly weighty but to me that demonstrates the quality of the item.
The handle remains cool throughout, and the red spot actually does change appearance to indicate when the pan is hot.

I have cooked steak on it without having to apply oil to the pan and there was no sticking the meat lifted off easily and was nicely patterned

Cleaning is easy even when there has been some burning usually after cooking minced burgers

A little on the heavy side compared to our previous grill pan which was not induction compatible
