If it leaks then either you've overfilled the cooker or you've got the heat too low.

First off i wasnt pleased with amazon as i asked for it to be placed in an amazon box as it was a gift but it came in manufacturers box showing what was inside so not a happy bunny

Lots of safety features but what i find really frustrating is the not having an actual indicator popping up

I made the mistake of leaving this is the box for a month and when i opened it found that a piece of the plastic was broken off thankfully i had some gorilla glue
