The recipe book is a bit misleading as its more like a recipe sheet one page of 4 recipes repeated in many languages

The toaster plates are great you get a really good seal around the edges and so very little leakage only when your bread is a bit small so that means all the filling stays inside and less leakage to have to clean up once finished
