Wonderful progress in kettle design and i am very happy with this product.
Otherwise the build quality seems to be ok and it has proven to be quite reliable in daily usage.
I've had no problem with the kettle leaking, the base unit breaking or the temperature not working.
I am reviewing the tefal temperature control kettle, 3000 w.
Price
For its price (£48 at the time of this review) this is a nifty kettle.
Packaging/appearance
This means you can easily see how much water is in the kettle.
The base that the kettle sits on has a few controls, one allows you to simply boil the kettle the old fashioned way to 100 degrees.

I suppose there are several evolutions in the kettle.
Competitiveness
It also offers a 60-minute 'keep warm' function which is almost superfluous on a fast-boiling 3000w kettle.
Its styling matches other more recent tefal products and specifically its electronic multi-cooker.

Worked fantastic during its lifetime however as soon as the 1 year warranty expired it suffered a motherboard faliure

The base is circular so you can just place the main part down without trying to put it in a fixed place
