The only reason i have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it isnt supplied with a plastic water jug to fill the iron for the steam

This iron was a really good price and is very good to use but i did not like how it was delivered it was dumped on the doorstep and i was in and it had no covering even a bag of some sort just a label on the iron box i think with covid being around at least a bag would have been good as who had handled that box so i wiped it down and didnt touch it for 4 days pity the seller had to spoil a good product by not thinking
