I like others have used this only for vegetables as with meats i do like a sear on them

Having now owned my steamer for 5 years one of the baskets is starting to show signs of age becoming a little dicoloured probably from using hard iron rich water of england and the rim has started to crack in places

There are others around sure but i think based on my experience i would certainly reorder another of these should this fail completely
