I had to tap a few times on each letter to stamp it deep enough in the steel but all the letters came out really clear

I did about 20 keys when i first got them and the first punch is certainly the clearest but i bet they’ll be usable for a couple hundred at least

The letters and numbers are quite small

As observed by others there is no orientation at the base of the tool and it is therefore wise to have a piece of scrap metal to ensure you have the letternumber turned as you would wish
