This shoulder strap allows you to film while biking, climbing, or just walking my dogs without wearing any attention-grabbing headgear or body harness. Used it to hike on my backpack. Great for using on mountain bike trails.
Cons
The sony camera clip is too large for the telesin backpack strap. If you move a lot it can also jostle and fall to where it is pointing straight down. Don't waste your time or money with this horrible product and inexcusable customer service.

This strap mount is very solid and can be easily adjusted while shooting with it.
This product comes with the strap itself, a connector piece that attaches to the shoulder strap mount as well as one locking screw.
The version labelled "upgraded" unfortunately only allows an action camera to tilt up & down, not side to side, and not rotated.
Price
It has been a great accessory at an affordable price.
Bottom line is, for less than 12 bucks (at the time of my purchase) you can't go wrong and you will be happy with this nice little mount.
I never leave home without it awesome product reasonable price
The thing is, had this mount not even come with a clip, it would be just as great a deal and i would have gladly paid the same price.

Then if you mount gopro on it all your video is not filming where you are heading

So you intentionally push it a bit to the direction where your body center is heading if you want to have a video that records exact center
