This is a beast of a mount, the clamping force is very strong and the rubberized grip 'teeth' hold like nothing else i've used in the past. Very powerful clamp action, and swivel ability is great.
Cons
The biggest flaw with mine, although not why i bought it, is the magnet. Not the slightest bit. The ball head clamp seems weak.

Note the user guide card states the swivel clip back is magnetic but i could not see this hold on any metal surface

With the other ones i have used the screw for the mount gets in the way a lot but because of the ball joint the camera sticks out further and is easier to get at

But with the extra room comes the one downside which is that the camera does stick out quite far from the clip
