Once the back cover was reinstalled a very snug fit. Slightly tricky angle manipulation and some degree of pressure required. Well made and sturdy.

This item was purchased to replace a plastic version that kept opening unexpectedly and dropping the camera on the ground.
Went to remove the camera from the aluminum case and it scratched the bottom of my camera.

It’s worth the money to have piece of mind!

That brings me to the odd little pieces of "felt" included in the packaging.
Once i got it, i was a bit leery as the box was mainly chinese writing.

I kept the screws in the aluminum case so i wouldn’t lose them but turned out to be a bad idea
