Pros

With the new capacitor, the pump starts normally. In under 5 minutes, the replacement was made, pump timers reset and the pool circulation was restored. Fit ok on my swimming pool pump motor and works great.

Came in perfect shaper. Works great.

Used on a 5hp 240 air compressor motor. Replaced a 20-year-old part with this one in an air conditioner.

Cons

Temco says there is a 5-year warranty, but having bought it from amazon not direct from temco i'm out of luck. There is no way to contact the seller for there no hassle 1 year warranty. Now hangs up and hums like previous capacitor.

This time i bought a genteq (previously ge) which is a top of the line brand and doesn't cost much more than what i paid for the temco.
