I am 56 and 170 and the large fits perfect maybe could have gotten away with the med but stuck with the large in case it shrinks

Very nice fit comfortable i absolutely love this shirt i bought the blackwhite one and loved it so much i bought the redblue one

Love the blouse in fact my friend also ordered it another color so we would not match
