The router is downstairs. Bought this neat little extender and installed it on the landing. Our devices downstairs get 73mb/s. Need just to extend the wifi range for my ring doorbell.
Easy to set up with wps. Just take it out of the box, plug into a socket and.
Very pleasing to look at, in fact i forget it's actually there it blends in. Hope it lasts.
Cons
Less than 2 meters away and no signal! It's behind the sofa not plugged in. My property is a traditionally built bungalow so it should not of caused such a major issue.
