Customer service is nowhere to be found. What a shame, otherwise the product is good. Very disappointed customer. Sended back for refund.
Tried resetting, deleting app and re-installing, but still the same. Qr cide dowant work app not on playstore. All you can do is manually block access, and then manually allow access again when you are ready.
The app is nothing compared to the eero app. Seriously considering ditching these and moving to another make. These boxes are so light is their anything actually in them boosting wifi?
The tenda can't deliver broadband speeds of more than 300mbps. Ghz is also a joke with it being very random. Ghz.

Good seller with great items at good prices.
For the price and a brand i never heard off, i was not holding out any hope, i was expecting to return to amazon.
This cost and the fact that they were never very good and the app was appalling meant a rethink.

So i took his advice, ordered them in the late afternoon and amazon delivered the next morning at 0900.
Son identified a few i might try and i ordered this one from amazon, it arrived the next day.

You plug one into your router any of the 3 log in via the app and connect it to the wifi then the other two just plug in and give it 23min to join by itself

Ditch those fussy and rubbish extenders and get this for the fraction of the cost of some of the other expensive mesh systems out there
