Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a nice and powerful unit that offers wifi 6 connectivity on a dual-band (i would have preferred tri-band or even quad) and this will suffice for many houses for what they need. Signal strength is very good, enough to exceed the router in the s... Read More
If you're knowledge is above average, then this mesh system is a no brainer. It's now made working from home a million times easier. Bought these as a replacement and couldn't be happier.
Wi-fi and ethernet built in. Easy to set up. Works with * and isp routers.
Cons
Room is around 3 metres away from the main hub with one wall in-between. Need to reset quite regularly despite having it set to auto-reset each night. The instructions are poor and the app doesn’t offer much help either.
Tenda mw3 has a 10/100 port and can only take up to 100mbps in from your router or modem. It is being supplied with 100mbps of connectivity but not providing it to the clients attached to the network. The speed is also really slow.

Easy to set up and a reasonable price.

Competitiveness
All the devices are identical, which exceeds the specification of some similarly priced competition such as the netgear orbi rbk353.
The connection speed is not as great as a wired unit, but is still very good in places where you don’t have a cat-5 connection.
4ghz and two 5ghz channels with wpa2 enabled.
The mesh button is a bit of a faff, but works.
