I live in a three bedroom end of terrace house and have struggled with virgin ever since it was installed only really being able to have a good connection in the room the box is in no wifi upstairs at all

It looks simple but be sure to read and follow the full instruction booklet not just the quick start up which is all that arrived in the box i received

Also when connecting to google home app you will need to add the tenda as a device on google home so that it can join your google devices
