So first off i have to make this clear the total weight of the tent poles is almost 7 pounds (not light weight).
My camp site ran into some high winds and while the tarp was flapping hard these poles were unfazed.

I needed a sturdy set of poles to use for a tarp canopy while camping and was not interested in the thin aluminum poles with twist locks because there are too many possibilities of failure

I do wish the bottom could have the option to maybe screw into the ground for other scenariossetup designs because if those trees weren’t there i’m not sure it would have held up
