Quality
I cannot compare to other similar product, but i am very happy with the purchase.
This has really improved the quality of our outside time as it still gets chilly in the evenings.
Either too expensive or not very good quality.
The only negative about the build quality is the gas cylinder cover.

It went to me third day after i made the order, very fast.
Packaging/appearance
While the packaging was great, i did notice the bottom base had a dent.

We had it on for 6 hours warm all evening and used hardly any gas didnt warp or twist as some do and even high gusts of wind didnt phase it

I certainly paid more than i would have for one of those basics heaters but a friend of mine had to send his back because it was so poorly made

Fancy an outdoor garden heater for a long time went to loads of garden shop or diy shop but no joy
