I tried the m on my size 8 out of curiosity and i found that while it would fit the heel grips which are a solid section ended up under the arch of my foot and not the heel
On that basis im happy with the l size grips on my size 8 boot though im sure there is plenty of stretch in the rubber to fit larger boot sizes
