The gas control took a few goes to hit the sweet spot between cremated and cooked for bacon fine control is needed and the optimum bacon cooking setting is very low

It was affected somewhat by the wind but nothing a foldable screen couldnt fix

I was a little concerned that the box it came in and the ignition switch might be a bit flimsy but not at all
