Maybe thats an acronis problem but to get around it turn off the drive before booting and back on when bootup is complete

However when i need to press the power button its easy to locate and press by reaching around the unit and feeling for it without actually seeing the back of the unit

The status lights on the front of the unit are small and unobtrusive and yet i can tell there is disk activity when sitting on my couch 1215 feet away
